Based in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, Phoenix Virtual Admin helps local businesses as their virtual assistant as and when they need support.

My name is Jackie and I was looking for a new challenge, but still want to utilise the skills and experience I have gained in over thirty years of Customer Service, HR, Accounts, Planning & Logistics and Office Management at executive level.  I therefore I created Phoenix Virtual Admin so we could provide freelance administration and business support to start-ups, sole traders, small and medium businesses, in fact for anyone who needs a bit of help with their admin.
